8] Brandon Peters, Il.

7] Jack Plummer, PU

6] Sean Clifford, PSU

5] Adrian Martinez, Neb.

4] Jack Coan, Wisc.

3] Michael Penix Jr, Indiana
"Penix's upside is so high that Peyton Ramsey decided to enter the transfer portal last month. In 6 starts last season, the Fla. native completed 69% of his passes for 1394 yds., 10TD's & 4 INT's. He also rushed for 119 yds. & 2 scores on 22 carries. Penix got hurt prematurely ending his season for the 2nd straight yr. That's the only worry with this playmaker--can he last a full season? Coach Tom Allen said last fall Penix had a very bright future at Indiana & most believe that begins in a few months from now for a bowl team in the Big Ten."

2] Tanner Morgan, Minn.

1} Justin Fields, OSU.
