I'd be OK with Mgbako struggling if he'd just act like he gave a shit. Is this the same kid who was arrested before playing a second because he couldn't get a taco?
I REALLY would like to know what was said during the timeout we took at 3:46 left in the game.
Love Miles as a person, but he is a sloppy ballhandler. Occasionally makes great plays at the rim, but more often than not gets blocked or makes a turnover.
Galloway has lost the fire he once had.
Great to see Newton on the floor.
Underwood is a dick.

Goode fouled out and Illinois guy got in his face taunting him.

Everyone thought he had punched the guy because his arm was extended. He came running in from 20’ away to have his “say,” reaching over several other guys to get to him and was ejected from the game. I think there might have been 4 technicals called over the initial incident between Goode and the ILL player. Rice also got heated and in his face with a push.

I don’t think Woodson will recover from these last two games. He’s lost the team and the fans. No cigars and wine for Mike tonight.

I think the ILL guy thought it was an unnecessarily hard foul. I noticed earlier in the game an ILL player gave Goode a hard time, perhaps bad blood over his defection from their team. It recalls to mind the infamous chest bump Gordon received in Champaign during player introductions.

Most of Illinois team are transfers themselves and they never played with Goode. Also Goode and Underwood are still on "good" terms.

No pun intended but think the B1G office will have something to "say" about his. Sure open hand, just shoving but that 20' run to shove someone ... hmmmmm The B1G office is known to make some weird decisions. I would not be surprised if Ballo spends a little time on the bench in the next game by their findings. A half a game, who knows? I do know or am sure I know that Woodson will do nothing to him.
