Ok let’s talk about the Purdue deficiencies this year then. Obviously the 5 is a major issue - especially with Jacobsen done for the year. He was our best option - especially shot blocking - even though his body isn’t Big Ten ready. Yale destroyed us on the boards last night. I think Purdue will be forced to play a lot of small ball with TKR at the 5 and Heide at the 4. Heide at least finally showed up a bit last night. Furst, Berg and Burgess will play small minutes but they aren’t the answer imo. Team may live and die with the 3. IU should have a huge advantage down low in the two matchups. Not at all. I wanted both of my kids to have a great college experience too and rooted for their teams to do well, especially while they were in school. Guess I'm having a hard time understanding what that has to do with you posting here... not anything about IU bball and exclusively defending Purdue? Gosh, hate to think I was a bad Dad for not finding my way to the NC St or UNCC boards to argue with them about how great IU and our players are!
