Pretty safe to say Langford has been a bust considering the hype

Romeo is another Noah Vonleh. He is a good player but he is on a team and with a coach that just could not figure out how to maximize him. I also think he has some people around him that could have helped sour the locker room. His videographer was complaining about touches earlier in the year. Then you had Smith's Dad and his comments.

For whatever reason, this is a team that has not meshed well and I think the way some players are handled by the coaching staff has pit a wedge in the team.
I will read no farther, Crazy you just wrapped it up. Nice job, agree 100%

Can't hit the big shot, turns the ball over... he killed his team at the end today. Sick of this team.
Romeo isn't a bust. He is doing enough to maintain his draft status and way above what you would expect for a freshman guard.

He is finally starting to make some 3s and his free throw shooting has improved. He isn't the savior some wanted him to be, but he is leading the team in scoring while playing with an injured hand or wrist.

Something happened to team chemistry after Phinisee had to sit out several games under Concussion Protocol.

Romeo is not the problem with this team and yes he =has not always played great but he has done what I thought he would do this year. the only thing I thought was that he would shoot better from outside. The reason we are bad is that some of the returning players did not develop their games in the off season.

Is the goal to win games or score points?

Also, if I'm going to watch a bunch of young guys make mistakes, I'd rather they come back and get better.

Let's see if Oladipo and Anunoby can guard him next year, OK?
Excellent point. Looking at the average points per game alone doesn't tell the whole story. You can be the leading scorer on a bad team, and have a good average points per game. A couple of things to look at.
1. How many shots per game is it taking him to get his points from the Field?
2. If he doesn't hit a high percentage of shots, does he get to the line and make points there?
3. Does he make the team and players around him better due to his presence?

I didn't think of Langford as a savior whose presence guaranteed us 4 consecutive NCAA titles. Granted moving from high school to college is a big adjustment for any player. I still struggle in my mind with whether he is being asked to do too much in the Offense, or whether opposing teams have seen enough of him to game plan for him and are taking away things he does well, and he and/or the Coaching Staff haven't made adjustments to counter the opposing team.

Offense, free throws, unforced errors
yeah because Archie is shooting free throws for us and handling the ball for us. The free throws is just bad as a team and that is on the players. If you can't shoot free throws maybe try staying after practice or in your free time to get in the gym and work on them. The offense has too many scoring droubts at times. It's mostly do to poor shot selection, turnovers and passing on open shots until you have to throw up anything because of the shot clock.

Hogwash! He certainly had other options so why did he go to IU? You think other schools' fans wouldn't point out that he's not Michael Jordan?

Romeo wanted UL, that's no big secret. Once the scandals hit that changed. Dad wanted IU, Romeo wanted Kansas and dad won out.

And anyone thinking there is another Jordan has set themself up for immediate failure.
