How many forced wanna-be game winning shots has Rice missed?
Arguably he did it three times tonight - stuffed drive, missed 2 from the left, missed baseline 2 from the right.
I count at least three games lost by Rice missing a final shot. Woody needs to take NIL $ from Rice since he's cost him his job.

Rice and Carlyle are the equivalent to the frustration Xavier Johnson was. So that’s pretty cool.
Anytime Gallobrick and Leal are your starting backcourt after more than half the season, it means you are a dumb team.
Ballo has been a silent killer in several games, turning it over at key times. Add to that the terrible pit back, the dumb forced drive that seems to be Rice's signature move, and of course the missed 3, and you have a team that is just not very good.
Heck, neither is UCLA. Anyone impressed with that team is out of their mind (which is forgivable considering how maddening these past couple decades have been).

Last night when he decided to be a hero...again, there were audible...noooooooos.
I don't know what was more baffling- Rice trying the same thing for the 3rd time, or Woodson not reacting to him doing it.
I just shake my head.
I really like MR and know he would excel under the right cosch, but he was the wrong guy in every one of those situtions. a player in that situation needs to know if his coach wants a TO. That eye contact comes three seconds before he commits.
