IU won over 30 games this season in an up and down game-to-game season and had a winning conference record, so I don't see any coaching changes assuming that Dolson is okay with a season where we didn't make the Field of 64, and Dolson would have made a change by now.
IMO, and I have brought this up in a previous post, pitching has been the primary position that has held us back although we have made the NCAA field in in the past seasons except for this season. Glant's pitching staffs get off to slow starts and we seem to always be in the bottom half of team ERAs in the conference under him although his staffs seem to improve at the end of the season but not to the point of getting out of the bottom half of the ERA rankings. Actually, I believe his first pitching staff after taking over for Parker finished in the upper half of the conference, but it's gone down since then.
