Politico: Roe to be overturned per draft opinion

Hey dumbass, what part about this sentence don't you understand?

"Such a simple concept, yet everyone - not just loony libs - want to read into the Constitution things that aren't there."

Sorry misread it dumbass.

Still the typical Trump asshole

Yea. Reading into the constitution things that aren't there is just a liberal thing. Lmao. Yea right
Corporations are people and have 1A rights: that is in the Constitution, lol. Conservative judges have no problem interpreting rights when it fits their ideology. If there is something that doesn't fit their ideology, they just say the issue wasn't around in 1791 and isn't addressed by the Constitution.

"baseless conspiracy theories"? You mean like Russian Collusion?

Don't ever talk to me about conspiracy theories when you were duped into believing that hoax.
I don't believe the Russian Collusion hoax. I've explained this to you. The "big lie" that the 2020 election was stolen is the conspiracy theory that I'm talking about. It's ridiculous.

The Russian collusion is not about an election being stolen. It is about Trump colluding with Russia to gain advantage in the election.

The fact that Trump publicly asks for help from Putin means he has no issue with their help.

I gave you the defininition of simple assault and it's obvious that the statute differentiates 'simple assault' from physical assault.

Simple assault can be putting fear into someone, which these protests are doing to Federal judges.
God, you just now learned the difference between assault and battery? Seriously? Good job!!

Does make you an expert then?

There can be infinite reasons why somebody exercises free speech. One could be just to bring attention to an issue, another could be they don't like somebody (like a conservative justice).
Or, they could also think the U.S. Constitutional right of "free speech" allows them to say anything they want, without consequences. It has never ever been that broad.

Historically, there have always been consequences. Just ask Alexander Hamilton.

The consequences of opening your mouth have always included (for centuries) things like libel, slander, defamation, insurrection, invasion of privacy, violation of confidentiality agreement, conspiracy to do (fill in the blank).

But little children continue to claim it's their right to say whatever they want without consequences.

That’s already been disproven!

What is "physical assault?"
Apparently the same as what we all know as battery.

But he apparently didn't know the difference and is still lecturing us, so he may still change his mind and continue acting important.

If he starts talking about the Germans attacking Pearl Harbor, I request you cut him off. He's much sillier than the seriousness of his posting style.

Why is he the dumbass? Was he the one who taught you to read?
I disagree with DANC politically 99% of the time but he's not the dumbass here.
He took a page from the cray playbook (craybook)...
1. Say something stupid
2. Have stupidity pointed out
3. Call the pointer a dick, or @$$hole for pointing it out
4. Rinse and repeat

What? Your posts are as difficult to read and understand as ivegotwinners’ posts are.

Nobody ranted...Trump was just elected so this person was one of those vagina wearing protesters in dc,
That means she wore a pink vagina outfit during the women's March in DC against Trump after he was elected.

masters in education,
Yes she wasted away years of her life to get a masters in education and is a full blown Marxist asshole because if it.
while husband worked his ass off while she treated him like shit bitches.
Her husband worked his ass off and paid for her to get indoctrinated. Meanwhile, she is fully womans lib, and treats her husband like shit (the guy is a good dude and takes her shit meanwhile hes lost all his confidence) and she's a bitch.
She deserved me bud and got me.
I was already pissed about her treating her husband like shit so she HAD to have a conversation with me there was no way around it from my point of view.
No shame from this pony.
I really did not give a shit what anyone else thought.
Great conversation too. All good
It ended well. She grew up for a moment and realized she wasn't getting out yelling racist so she better put on her big girl shoes and act like an adult. She did. People were astounded.

That's the best I can do Aloha

Well, I'm glad you say you never believed Trump was colluding with Russians to influence the election.

That's the first time you've said it outright. I don't know why it was so difficult.

Watch 2000 Mules and get back to me on the conspiracy.

He welcomed their help and they clearly tried to help him get elected. That’s not something Republicans would have supported in my lifetime. Was that OK with you?

He didn't welcome their help. What are you talking about?

Was it OK with you that he was falsely accused and convicted by the media even before the election? You've said you don't believe in the Russian Collusion Hoax, so quit trying to justify the 4 year clown show the Democrats put on. Was that OK with you?

Yes he did. He even asked them to help. Don’t deny reality.

Clinton wasn’t a victim and neither was Trump.

He didn't ask them to help. He asked them - as a joke - to find the 30,000 e-mails the FBI somehow couldn't find. If you don't recognize the sarcasm in that, you have no sense of humor.

You're letting your hate of Trump blind you to anything else. If he drank Russian vodka, you'd claim he was conspiring.

With a normal person it might be sarcasm, but Trump blurts out exactly what he thinks and wants time after time. You'd know that if you were objective.

You're just not an objective person when it comes to Trump. It's what happens when you become a cult member. Believe me, you're in it. Once you recognize that you'll be on the road to escaping the cult.

Clearly Russia didn't view it as a joke.

Pretty funny, coming from you. But I suppose you think you're an objective person when it comes to Trump. lmao

The cult you're in believes in destroying the US so that Trump isn't President. Congratulations, you're well on your way.

I'm 100 percent sure I'm pretty darn objective when it comes to Trump. I've defended him when he deserved defending and not defended him when he didn't deserve defending. Trump cult members can't do anything but defend him no matter what he says and does.

I'm not at all a member of a cult. I'm also 100 percent sure of that.

Trump has neutered the usual criteria for endorsing a political candidate:

“I have known Dr. Oz for many years, as have many others, even if only through his very successful television show,” Trump said of Oz.

In other words, Trump hasn't even met the guy.

And, God, how silly it seems to remember the crap Reagan and Schwarzenegger, and some other athletes and astronauts got for being mere celebrities running for public office with no experience, but they had a certain measure of integrity. Trump's endorsements don't require that.

Oz, of course, has his own special qualification to attract Trump's support:

After all, Oz is a grifter quite a bit like Trump.

Reagan had been a very successful Governor by the time he ran for President. Even when he ran for Governor, he'd spent several years in politics beforehand immersed in politics and surrounding himself with very capable political thinkers and leaders. He was likely more prepared to be Governor than Obama was prepared to be Senator and definitely more prepared to be President. Though partisans will disagree, they were both successful in Presidents in their own right.

Obama voted 'present' most times when he served in the Illinois legislature.

He was a Senator for 2 years and did nothing.

Never ran a business. Never practiced law (that anyone know of). No one seems to remember him at law school.

He was in no way qualified to be President.

I like you Aloha but you got a real blind spot as it pertains to Trump. I have my own as I’m more permissive of stuff he does/ did that I wouldn’t find near as endearing or funny coming from a Democrat.

I just don’t want you going down the Kinzinger, Cheney, Twenty02 rabbit hole where your hatred for the man clouds your entire view of the GOP. I would advise you to stop saying stuff like “My Republican Party”. The party is changing, they do that. 20 years ago democrats believed in safe legal and rare and were opposed to gay marriage, the party of the working class and not college graduates.

We (the GOP) are taking on a more working class bent, taking back the culture is big part of that (no matter how many times the democrats try to claim the wars are “GOP invented”).

Don’t buy into their gaslighting. Things are gonna get nasty, DeSantis will go after Disney, because mutually assured destruction is the only way to get these corporations to grow a spine and start ignoring leftist who want to manipulate them for political gain.

At the end of the day you’re better off with us and whatever remnants of Trump remain in the GOP. You don’t get get a perfect world. You don’t get Reagan, you don’t get Goldwater, but we’re the best you got.
