I have been to Jacksonville a few times including last December for a Colts game. I will warn folks that haven't been there, its a very strange place. Downtown is an absolute ghost town on weekends. I mean....eerily empty. There is a great brewery right outside of the stadium but all the locals we talked to had us Ubering 30 minutes away. I will also say the restaurants and pubs we Ubered to per their request were nice. We stayed at the Double Tree across the river from the stadium but there is a water ferry that shuttles to and from the hotel (and other locations) over to the stadium so that was convenient.
