Anybody know of any hack to watch the game tonite before I spring for the $5.99 monthly? Note: Yes, I'm a cheapskate, so you can save yourself accusing me
they did have a special 19.99 for a year, something else that works, when you go to the grocery wear a coat with many interior pockets. you should be able to pilfer a few items while you're in there, works better during the winter..Anybody know of any hack to watch the game tonite before I spring for the $5.99 monthly? Note: Yes, I'm a cheapskate, so you can save yourself accusing me
I wouldnt call it cheap.Anybody know of any hack to watch the game tonite before I spring for the $5.99 monthly? Note: Yes, I'm a cheapskate, so you can save yourself accusing me
I wouldn't pay it if it was just one game...it's 5 thoughI wouldnt call it cheap.
Its lame how many networks IU plays on anymore.
Already paying for cable, + big ten network.
Im not spending $5.99 for one game.
This will be the first game im going to intentionally miss outside of a exhibition game/dvr'ing in over a decade
ill just wait tell next month to sucker it up for two games on peacock with 1 being against Purdue.
Right.I wouldn't pay it if it was just one game...it's 5 though
I hear ya, my wife got some coupon for $2.99 a month so $9 for 5 games I'll suck it up. Cut the cord a couple years ago but after streaming you tube plus a couple other things im right back paying the same damn thingRight.
So imuh sucker it up for $5.99 in January for Rutgers and Purdue*
And then re-sucker it up in Feb for $5.99 in Feb for Ohio St and Wisconsin.
Hell the responsible part of me says dont even buy that last package lol.
So $12 total.
not an expert but I don't think you can record streaming services. but I bet they keep them up at least a few days to watch on demand. Can you record the game on Peacock?
You clearly don't smoke cigarettes. Cutting down by half is more unpleasant than watching Archie Miller's offense.we should start a go fund me for those of you aren't willing or can't afford 20 dollars for 5 games. 4 dollars a game, really? things you could do, drink 1 less beer, make a pack of smokes last 2 days instead of 1, at the waffle house don't add the biscuits and gravy on the side. so many things you could give up instead of boycotting the Hoosiers.
Well I already did those things....we should start a go fund me for those of you aren't willing or can't afford 20 dollars for 5 games. 4 dollars a game, really? things you could do, drink 1 less beer, make a pack of smokes last 2 days instead of 1, at the waffle house don't add the biscuits and gravy on the side. so many things you could give up instead of boycotting the Hoosiers.
better woke than broke, if 6 bucks a month's sets you back that far maybe you need to work a little more and not spend your time on the politics.Well I already did those things....
Quit smoking,
Quit drinking.
I have a porn addiction, but have even cut that out... .. .
Some of us over here arent retired, and $5.99 here, $5.99 there adds up real quick at the end of the month.
Sorry im over here trying to save for my future vs spend 6 bucks on a 2 hour game where in todays "woke" world with its "woke" players try to insult their followers with the hash tag "pencil neck". Lol
Im jus sayin
Youre missing the point.... it isnt about 6 bucks setting one back...better woke than broke, if 6 bucks a month's sets you back that far maybe you need to work a little more and not spend your time on the politics.
no I can't, but you spend your money how you see fit, to me 5 big 10 games for 20 bucks isn't that big of a deal, plus I get unlimited Frazier and Cheers reruns. as an IU fan I couldn't imagine missing a game unless I had some commitment I couldn't get out of.Youre missing the point.... it isnt about 6 bucks setting one back...
I work 7 days a week
But even if I put in more hours, id still want to save this 6 bucks.
Can you understand?
I agree.no I can't, but you spend your money how you see fit, to me 5 big 10 games for 20 bucks isn't that big of a deal, plus I get unlimited Frazier and Cheers reruns. as an IU fan I couldn't imagine missing a game unless I had some commitment I couldn't get out of.
Comcast has a special right now for $2.99/mo for 12 months. BTW, Peacock also has some good other programming choices as well.Anybody know of any hack to watch the game tonite before I spring for the $5.99 monthly? Note: Yes, I'm a cheapskate, so you can save yourself accusing me
well, your 1-man boycott isn't going to do shit. times change, tv viewing is going ala cart. with your woke comment kind of hard to believe you're against a business maximizing their profit. what do you do that you have to work 7 days a week? that is ridiculous no wonder you're mad at the world?I agree.
Again havent missed one in over a decade, but it gets to the point.... last it was " big ten plus" which originaly only had exhibition games, then it moved on to include reg season games....
Now its Peacock.
Theres 9 networks this year airing IU games, and every big ten game isnt even included on the big ten network lmao.
Cmon man thats ridiculous.
Woke? What an intelligent response. I'm an IU alum. Only work when I want to these days. Your response sounds like a sheep. Don't forget to follow. That's what I do. I'm not going to pay for half a dozen different streaming services to cover all the games. I'll listen on the radio for those I can't watch.Intentionally listening on the radio. I wish every B1G fan would join together and not give a dime to peacock.
I realize how unrealistic that is. They sold us out. B1G can go ____ themselves.
Don't usually post this kind of junk but I'm pissed about peacock. Total BS.
Go Hoosiers!
I gave in earlier this year and I actually like Peacock now. They have some pretty good shows that other services do not carry. Plus they have a ton of old WWE documentaries which I like.Intentionally listening on the radio. I wish every B1G fan would join together and not give a dime to peacock.

Peacock has me for 3 months, anyway (I'll probably drop Disney).Comcast has a special right now for $2.99/mo for 12 months. BTW, Peacock also has some good other programming choices as well.
I'm sure Peacock is paying millions and millions so that BTN can show it laterDoes anyone know if it will be replayed on BTN?
My question also and I would add can you record on big ten +Can you record the game on Peacock?
If you have Peacock you can save it in the “my stuff” que. It’ll be there as long as you need it to be. You can mark it to be saved there before it starts. Can you record the game on Peacock?

We have the free Peacock app. I used to watch The Munsters on it but then they put the showon the pay side.Comcast has a special right now for $2.99/mo for 12 months. BTW, Peacock also has some good other programming choices as well.
Went ahead and paid the 5.99, will just cancel later. Watching wiscy/msu and well the feed isn’t the greatest. Slightly hitchy.Anybody know of any hack to watch the game tonite before I spring for the $5.99 monthly? Note: Yes, I'm a cheapskate, so you can save yourself accusing me
Should be its own separate feed, so we should be okay (we might even get a separate pregame from the studio talking heads at 8:30 ET). It's not like ESPN farming out the start to ESPNEWS.since is streaming, are we guaranteed to get the start of the game on time? nothing pisses me off more than something stupid running over and the game doesn't come on until 8 minutes in. that may be the only advantage to this streaming crap if that's the case.
It’s good for cycling events (like the Tour de France)Comcast has a special right now for $2.99/mo for 12 months. BTW, Peacock also has some good other programming choices as well.
I just checked, too, and I’m a bit disappointed in the feed. My Netflix looks great, so why can’t other streaming services?Went ahead and paid the 5.99, will just cancel later. Watching wiscy/msu and well the feed isn’t the greatest. Slightly hitchy.
confusing, not sure what the hell you are saying, which might be a good thingWoke? What an intelligent response. I'm an IU alum. Only work when I want to these days. Your response sounds like a sheep. Don't forget to follow. Go Hoosiers!
