Vulgar chants by drunk college students is not way out of hand. I do believe that it has no part in the Hall, but does it really rise to the level of canceling a series? Maybe getting beer poured on did it? You know the NCAA is going to put us in just to screw you. It is a conspiracy!

Hello neighbor, with Archie the sky is the limit, with crean the limit is the sky. I fully expect Archie to lead the Hoosiers into battle and probably play in the south bracket. We will end up meeting each other late in the bracket. It will be an epic battle of two bluebloods going toe to toe.

That is a lie. Cal said it was about the money and getting a share of the gate receipts at LOS. The other reason he gave was that places like SSAH are difficult for his young teams to play early in the season. He also knows there is a bigger chance of losing at SSAH than a big stadium with an equal number of tickets sold. With his comment about the money and his young teams, Cal showed he only wants to do what is good for Cal.

A professor of psychology at Murray State, Wann has researched fan attitudes and behaviors. When asked a few weeks ago what he thought of Kentucky fans threatening the life of basketball referee John Higgins last spring, Wann said, “More of the same.”
I admit I thought UK fans had set the bar ridiculously high with their death threats to Andy Toole following their loss to Bob Morris in the NIT a few years back. But this just may be a topper...

After officiating arguably one of the best games in this year’s March Madness, NCAA referee John Higgins is feeling the wrath from angry Kentucky fans, who have resorted to disgusting death threats after disturbingly bashing his private business
Higgins, who officiated Sunday’s electric Elite Eight matchup between Kentucky and North Carolina, has been getting harassed after fans latched onto the fact Kentucky was charged with 19 fouls during the game. But a foul didn’t influence North Carolina sophomore forward Luke Maye’s buzzer-beating jumper to push the Tar Heels to the 75-73 victory.
Bitter Kentucky fans decided to harass Rooferees, the construction company owned by Higgins, on the company’s Facebook page. Many NCAA referees have other jobs in addition to part-time work with the whistle.
“If you will cheat and knowingly lie on one job, your reputation comes in question on all jobs,” said poor sport Teresa Carlisle, who left multiple one-star reviews on the Facebook page. “Let’s hope this bankrupts you, a honest wage for an honest days work and all.”
Other fans seemed just ridiculously insane.

This reminds me of a guy I once worked with. He was a Celtics fan and he actually prayed to God that if the Celtics won a playoff series he would read the Bible every day for one year. They won and he kept his word. I had some Bible knowledge because I went to church. This was before I studied for the ministry. He would come to me every few days wondering about a certain passage what it was talking about. If I knew I would tell him. If I didn't I would ask my pastor and then relay the message. Now this guy was not a Christian, but to my amazement he kept his word before God.

my children were misbehaving last december. i told them they better not violate the holy trinity for children, pout, shout, and cry, or santa would bring them sticks and coal for christmas. no presents. they promised to behave. to my amazement they kept their word before santa clause.
I was just on the UK board. I saw nothing about IU. I scrolled through the last week of posts and, to my knowledge, IU and their hot streak was not mentioned. If in fact PU and UK are scared of IU, it seems it would have been mentioned.
If Santa had actually brought them presents then should they not believe in Him? God has given us far more than presents. He has given us our lives and the ability to enjoy them. 1 Timothy 6:17 says Instruct those who are rich in this present world not to be conceited or to fix their hope on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly supplies us with all things to enjoy. The only reason we might know and experience love is because the Bible says God is love and we have been made in His image. We have the capacity to love and experience the love of others and it is without instinct. Just ask a parent of a teenager who is driving them crazy if loving them is instinctual. It's about making a choice which goes against your feelings.

Ok let's talk about neighbors. I love my UK and PU neighbors. To me those games matter the most. I have friends and family who attended both. Always a blast to hang out. Love to kick their respective asses and I tip my hat when they win. All the hostility is stupid and stupid is as stupid does. Just ask Forrest. LMAO! Go Hoosiers!
