OT: cam ward?

That was the plan all week I guess coach talked about it. Said he wanted to use second half to give the qb for next year some experience.
Right, during the week he praised Cam's decision to play, as showing 'the importance of finishing'. LOL, then after the game changed his tune.

Cristobal seems to be a bit of a clown, run by the players.

Mental QB weakness.
The Miami zoo hasn't been much in a couple decades. Not sure they've been the same since the Buckeyes put it to them in 2OT game.
Imo their program lost a chunk of its identity when the old and rickety, but character-filled Orange Bowl was demolished and they had to play in the Dolphins stadium. Just isn't the same.

Looks like a guy Who wants it both ways. Got the favorable publicity leading up to the Game for not opting out, played a great first half, and then pulled the plug. As for the Coach Who enabled this, If You aren't in it to win it, don't accept the Invitation to the Bowl. You have Seniors Who will never play another game of football ending their careers. Don't You think They would like to have ended their careers with a Win?
As for injury, I remember a story from the 1960's. You may remember in those days, the defending NFL Champs played an Exhibition game against a Select Group of College Players in Chicago. Sort of the start of the football season in July. One of the All Stars (I forget His name) was a highly regarded Linebacker expected to be a very good Pro Player. While in Chicago He stepped off a Curb and broke his ankle so badly, He could never recover and play in the NFL. It doesn't always happen on the field. Managing Risk is one thing. But You can't live Your life never leaving Your House while wrapped in bubble wrap 6 days a week, and then show up to play on the seventh day.
