I don't know if any of you have seen this clip, but a Class 3A high school football championship game in Georgia was decided with 59 seconds left in the game when a QB was clearly stopped well short of the goal line, but it was ruled that he penetrated the goal line for a TD which won the game. How in the world the refs couldn't see that the QB was well short of the goal line is beyond me. It was 3rd down so there was always the chance they might have scored on 4th down, but they will never know if that would have happened. There's no official review capability there.
