Any word on what happened to Matt Lloyd last night? Oblique reference from Mercer to him possibly being dinged up, and he only faced one hitter on the mound before being pulled.

Oops - should have read the other game thread. I see what the issue with Lloyd appears to be (back). Let’s hope it was just a tweak.

He said that Lloyd was experiencing tightness in the back. That could be anything. It will be interesting to see what the lineup will look like on Friday.
