There are some IU people that have that "holier than thou" attitude and will never support hiring a winner like Beard. I guess they don't like winning at basketball. Get off your damn high horse! I'm ready to for IU to start winning again.

that was a good game. ole miss blinked and PU took advantage late. PU impressed that night.
I don't know all the lesser known guys, but for what I do know, Beard would be at the very top of my list. I like the fact that he's been at P5 programs and knows the pressures and requirements. Wouldn't be hard to hire an investigator and get to the bottom of that domestic incident and know if it's a one off thing, or if he has a recurring problem. If he's not drinking and you get the thumbs up from an investigation like that, he'd be as close to a sure thing as exists, imo.

There is no high horse. Find the police report. Do some reading. There is absolutely no reason to have that guy as the voice of the program. No doubt Beard will win, but it doesn't have to be at IU.

as Chris fiancé that mother ****er makes a shit ton of money, kind of has a big nose and looks funny, I can't lie the money is a pretty big part of the attraction. if he was to go to jail, I'd probably have to take a significant drop in the lifestyle that drunk son of a bitch has afforded me. therefore, please drop the charges and move along there's nothing to see her.
What did it say? I can forgive a lot from what I know of the circumstances: think both were drunk and it was a domestic fight also involving her 20 yo daughter? If that's the entirety of his record, I'd have wide leniency, especially if they've broken up and he's done something about his drinking. Now, if he's had lots of DUIs or police called on him, restraining orders, fights, that's a whole different thing, but from my understanding that one night is the issue, no?
