and what are we drinking tonight?
How exciting to have a conference matchup with the teams that won the first 2 national championships. Too bad there's nothing championship worthy about the game tonight!
Oregon has been an up-and-down team this year. Beating Texas A&M and Alabama in November but losing home games to Illinois, Purdue, and Nebraska. Overall, not a bad 1st year in the Big Ten, currently just about us in the standings at 10-8.
Big opportunity for us, of course. Every win from here on out increases our chances of sneaking into the NCCAT, for what that's worth. Always nice to at least make the dance, even if our chances of advancing seem slim. If we do manage to win this one, do we get to keep Dana Altman?
This is a tough one. Second game of a west coast road trip against a stronger opponent than the one we just beat. I think we'll hang in there, but we won't leave Eugene on a high note.
