Pearl isn't interested. IU is a mid-major program now. Auburn is a better job. No idiot attorney running the athletic department, no ridiculous student bill of rights, no crushing B1G conference schedule.
Pearl may be interested in Dayton, though. Solid program, will probably be a top 3 seed in the NCAA tourney this year.
