Cav, we just need to face the music. We are a middle of the pack big ten club and just got waxed by an avg team. Gonzaga will wipe the floor with us. The amount of pounding will be predicated on when they pull their starters and go on cruise control.
They're quicker than us at 3 of 5 spots. Make that 2 of 5. Woody needs to pull his head out of his ass and matchup accordingly. Also, needs to quit running the offense through the least skilled offense player on the floor and start working to get Mack shots.

Maybe, but we still have enough talent to beat anyone. Just need to have a little more fight tomorrow.
That’s the thing we for sure can compete with anyone. Just need a little guidance from the bench. I’m sure we will see games where they are dialed in this year, hopefully it is when it actually matters. Tomorrow would be nice.
Naw, we can still look like shit but not look like last year. Last year at this time the defensive communication and positioning was exponentially worse than what we've seen so far.

Take note: Seems teams filled with seniors and grad seniors are beating teams playing freshman and sophomores regardless of talent level.

We lost by 28, the defense was awful. Woody teams get blown out more than any coach I have seen. I bet you money this will be a bubble team.
I knew it was bad but Caryle, and Goode have been very bad Rice is inconsistent Galloway should of graduated Reneau is still solid Balo is pretty much who we though he was and the biggest disappointment is Mgbako pretty much non factor the last couple games. I like Tucker Cupps probably should transfer to get playing time and Newton obviously is never going to be right time to tear it down boys and rebuild. If the football team can do it one year we can be just as good next year with the right coach.
From a basketball perspective, did Iowa St not do that and was prior to the NIL / transfer environment taking hold? Looking it up, it appears current coach did it in year 1 (‘21-‘22 season).
