Obvious No Call? Did anyone else see it?

Second half around 6:00 mark. Mgbako hits second free throw. MS player takes ball out and passes it inbounds. The receiving player then takes it back out of bounds and tosses it in again. Didn't notice any fan or bench reaction. Replayed it a few times. Just wondering if anyone caught it.

It was a gather step. That's the BS line for travels. Why not for inbounds plays?
