Yeah very excited to get rid of all the cancers from last years team. Sick of Leal’s mouth, his ability, and the delusional fan base who can’t see how playing 4 on 5 on offense doesn’t work. This program doesn’t want to be a winner.
But he does all the “little things.” You know about the “little things”, right? Like passing up open lay-ups to share the ball with your teammates…

There is some past trauma coming out from interactions with Leal and one assistant coach we now have that have clearly shattered some lives on here.

Yes, it was the PSU game. Ace Baldwin, DPOY, didn't block him out and he got an O rebound and put back, on pure hustle, with about 3 seconds left.
That's what he's good for. He's probably not a rotation player on a great team, although Leaky Black was a starter on a F4 team, so maybe it depends on the role and opponent. In some situations he's useful as a defender and glue guy.
It kills me that some people are spewing active hatred at a 23 year old for trying to get a job playing basketball. Every single one of us would take 500k to go suit up for IU next year, no matter how bad we are at basketball. Hypocrisy.
Yeah if they wanna pay him $350,000 to ride the bench and keep it warm. Waste of money that does nothing for the team Leal is not a leader and Goode isn't either. Think CDD is making a big mistake if he keeps either.
I don’t think he should get another year but if he does and CDD wants him then CDD will own the results whatever they are.
I didn't care for the press conference when they said the part about turning it around and when they do disgruntled fans shouldn't come back. You do know what you're going to get with the 2. We can't say that about a lot of the guys on the roster.
One role player and one assistant coach will have very little impact on whether coach Devries succeeds or fails.
I think it’s much more likely that you just dislike both of those guys for personal reasons.
I was told he was gonna be a role player last year and was starting in February. Same people were applauding playing him 30 mins. What will change your tune this year?

The kinda funny part was the folks here last year saying Leal might not wanna play for Woodson and the fans, and start his professional career. I again said there is no chance in hell Leal leaves unless he is asked to. Looks like this will be the case no matter what year of college he is in.
