You can get IU +17000. Good value for the believers.
Might put a bet in….as the season winds down and if IU stays in the hunt, they will offer a cash out option
IU's past football failures and not believing Cignetti has change IU into the new IUFB.
This is natural. Teams that typically get listed are predominantly traditional powerhouses. They (pundits) want to see multiple years of sustained success.
Fortunately, most of the people writing and making these lists don’t do much research and don’t know their head from a hole in the ground along with their track record for being are wrong a good percentage of the time.
Was actually kind of fun to go back at the end of last year and look at some of the 2024 prognostications from the so-called experts and have a good laugh at it.

No, for a $10 bet you would win $1,700. $100 bet is $17,100. You would need to bet $1,000 to win $170k.
I think that is $100 to win $17,000… not that it matters… I’d rather bet them to make the CFP. I still think the difference in our squad when compared to the OSU’s, Bama’s, etc is still hard to overcome.
I am very impressed with the depth of quality so far in the recruitment. This has the possibility of being the greatest top to bottom class in the 2000’s….. it is solid and should get deeper . There is a lot to be excited about right now
If the odds are +17,000, that means if you bet $100 you win $17,000. The odds always deal in $100 bets as the baseline.
Not shocked by the lack of respect for IU but I am somewhat surprised by how much love some other teams are getting, especially with the seasons they had a year ago. Guess the “IU discount” is still alive and well in 2025.
Washington and Nebraska stood out to me. Them being given the attention they are dos not make sense to me.
Oklahoma too imo; not sold on BYU either, particularly with the issues surrounding their QB. I’ve started to see some guys pick Southern Cal to make the CFP but I’m still skeptical on that one at this point.
Maybe we just need a new 16-team playoff with 10 auto bids for the SEC, 2 for the B1G, 1 for the Big-ish 12, 1 ACC, 1 G5, and 1 (in perpetuity) for Notre Dame. That should work….D.W.S.
I used to not cheer for the B1G teams… I didn’t like them and I didn’t care about “the conference.”
But Sankey and the SEC are so annoying I’ve been radicalized and now want the B1G to do well, or maybe it’s more I just want the SEC to lose. Regardless, I’m tired of that conference.
I agree. I have family who will be like you have to root for "insert team here" because they're in the Big Ten and I am like uh no thanks. To me it's like rooting for the Red Sox in the playoffs because the Yanks and Sox both are in the AL.
