This is totally unsatisfying
Why there is something instead of nothing is a question that has plagued me for a long time.
But I understand the concept. I think I posted Hawking's views on this some time ago. He agrees. He has also posited the notion that the universe consists the accumulation of human knowledge, which most assuredly excludes a lot of stuff we don't know. We don't know what we don't know.
