Convince OG Anunobe that he needs a year of healthy basketball under his belt. And waiting a year to become a lottery pick is the best long term decision. And getting his degree in the process, if that's possible at this point, is a nice bonus too.

Convince Thomas that if he can show NBA GM's that he can defend and rebound at an elite level...he'll cement himself as a first rounder after next season.

Convince Colin Hartman that a year of playing basketball during graduate school is the best way to start married life.

Convince Juwan Morgan and DeRon Davis they could become All American's in your program.

Convince Rob Johnson that his best chance to make good money playing basketball, is another year in your program, getting back to the kid he was coming out of high school...a really good defender and playmaker, that also has a good outside shot.

Convince Josh Newkirk to stick around and become a solid floor leader, and a nightmare guarding opposing point guards.

Convince Jones and Green that with a year under their belts, solid coaching and development through next year, that they could become national names really quick.

Talk with James Blackmon candidly about his game. Tell him he has a big choice to make. And that the bigger gamble is actually coming back to IU. Because if he does come back, and he can't figure out the defensive end of the floor...can't figure out how to take care of the ball...he will see his minutes dramatically cut, which will hurt his pro prospects even further. But IF...IF he has the resolve to become a solid defender. If he works tirelessly on his game to become more of a playmaker, than just a scorer...THEN, making really good money, possibly even NBA money, is a real opportunity.

My overall point... He won't have to travel a single mile to score some huge recruiting victories. Our roster is full of talent. And with the right coach, talent that would translate to a lot more wins.

If they all stay what do you do with the incoming recruits? Don't think there is enough room for them all.

can't figure out how to take care of the ball

Sigh..... Of all the things to complain about, JBr, has never had a TO issue. In fact he had the lowest TO% on this years team at 12.5%. How do you guys come up with this stuff? There's a whole internet full of stats that you can research.
