since it seems they may have made a concession to the fans over the backlash for the 'fear of god' unis, I gotta say, these are much better. Numbers are clear and they have a clean look.

Looks good. I like alternates that have some part of the design that relates to our traditions, such as script Indiana. The Fear of God jerseys had nothing to do with IU, which is why they stunk.

These are hands down the best alternate unis we've had. (Granted, that's a pretty low bar...). Love the script text, but would like the text to be slightly bigger and tilted upwards from left to right, with the number offset to the right. Not too dissimilar to the Bulls away jersey during MJ's rookie year.

I’ve gotten belittled more than most for crapping on that first atrocity and semi-freaking out about those idiotic fear of gawd awful. But I’ve gotta say, the script and state outline on both pant sides kinda won me over. Didn’t mind that at all…even in a color more appropriate for little brother up 65. Bucket’s better half even agreed. And she’s a traditional stickler way more than me.

Wow, no need to be so incredibly dramatic. It's simple, tradition today is what happened yesterday. UK started changing their unis, it was mocked, now you can tell what year the team was based on those unis. That is part of the UK tradition. Same with Fab 5 long shorts with UM.

In the end, if you win, you'll have a tradition regardless of what it is you do. It's pointless to whine about it.
