I just hope Fred does not give away another home game in the NIT - if they make it in.
Agreed. We live in TN and my wife went to KY, so I was pleased to watch that ball game after ours. Announcers discussed Indiana no less than 5 times, per the possibility of an NCAA bid.I think with quality wins and win out and do something to get close to 19-20 wins, we get in. Historically, NC got in with 19 once, we are still terribly inconsistent, but the committee might see we can do some damage when on

A couple years ago, Glass was on Dakich's show, and said that not hosting the NIT game was a mistake.
NIT allows the team to continue practicing as well.If we make NIT it will be first postseason of any kind in three years. I want NCAA but will take NIT because I like postseason play.
Go Hoosiers!
Rutgers at home isn’t easy?Neither of the last games are easy. But if we get Illinois, I think we will find a way to win on Senior Day.
Rutgers at home isn’t easy?
It’s probably the eastiest opponent of any power 5 conference. And at home.
Tell Iowa that!Rutgers at home isn’t easy?

I think it's whatever gets us to 19 and whatever … 18 is not enough. We have a resume, but there needs to be a hot streak to make them overlook the total shit show of the last 2 monthsWin last 2 and 2 in B1G tourney and we’re prolly in. Not over yet..keep it goin boys!
It’s Rutgers. At home. We’ll be double digit favorites. It’s not a “tough” game.Vandy hasn't won a game in 2019. Rutgers just beat a top 25 team on the road by 15.

This is true, but we seem to see a different Iowa team when they play IU. Perhaps Iowa isn’t really that good against everyone else.Rutgers at home isn’t easy?

Iowa has always been an offensive team. It seems IU vs. Iowa games have gone into the 80s and 90s many times over the years.
This year, Iowa has nice balance with size and shooters. IU has obviously struggled to score and thus the match up has not worked in IU's favor this year. Clearly, the Hoosiers look better against grinders like Wisconsin and MSU. Opposite of Crean. Crean beat Micihgan and Iowa and couldnt beat Wisky and MSU as often (except 2013).
