Let's trade Miles for Rodney....rice swap
He's a good player. Not a great player. Good get for Maryland probably. He may be better just due to more time since his cancer treatments. If so he'll be good.
Be interesting to see what a different coaching staff will have on his game.
I wouldn't have minded seeing what Coach Devries could have done with him. Feel the same about a couple others who moved on. Wish him well.
Indeed, would have like to see him retained. Hope he does great except against us.

You could have fooled me on that as well. Seemed like he averaged about 5 a game. I wonder if they gave him a big fat bag of cash like woodson did.
What stands out to me.
- 15 games, nearly half, with 2 or less assists.
- Less than 4ppg in the three Bahamas games.
- 2ppg in the final three games where IU really needed a win over Oregon.
On the speculation Gillespie is getting 3-3.5 million to play at Tennessee next season, after being a top 3 B1G guard last season, and the assumption Rice is getting less than a million to play for the Terps next season, it makes me think that Rice cost himself 50 grand and possibly more in NIL each game and poor performance this past season.
