The portal is much different this year since no fifth year Covid refugees. The pickings are slimmer. I noted many times that needed to be factored in to the portal strategy for this year.

A slow start to the season will be instant drama so hopefully not to be.

One of the things that has become expected with a new coach is that he brings players with him so unusual in this case it is only a player albeit a good player.

This is a true fact: April 24, 2024 Kentucky had 5 people on the roster. 5. That’s 3 weeks from current day. And 4 of those players were no one anyone had ever heard of.
