The NCAA was toothless to enforce the previous "rules" they had. How in the world do you think they're going to keep up with this current environment. It's the wild west, man. They'll basically wash their hands of this just like they did the transgender argument... I don't care which side you're on, the NCAA has basically become powerless...

He had a great season leading his team to the Elite Eight. He has seen what incoming Miami Hurricane basketball players are getting in NIL and would like his NIL to reflect that he was a team leader of an Elite Eight team.”

Why shouldn't he do this? A decent player on a bad team is getting 800,000. Why shouldn't he be compensated similarly, as he was there and had success? Why should Pack get that money and he shouldn't?

these “agent” guys are complete morons. You can’t represent them in the nba yet legally, so only thing they got is they get to represent them in college. Meaning they aren’t real agents, because no real agent is doing this for a few dimes. TJDs and Tamar’s “agent” is a young east coast kid that I stopped replying to. Complete idiot.
My “stance” was merely pointing out what the NCAA said their guidelines were for NIL. Just because players/boosters are thumbing their noses at the guidelines doesn’t mean they aren’t in effect.
The schools aren't the ones paying. So why in the hell would they raise prices?

Miami's Wong won't enter portal after NIL talks
Miami Hurricanes guard Isaiah Wong has elected not to enter the transfer portal, he told ESPN, less than 24 hours after his agent said he would transfer if his name, image and likeness (NIL) compensation wasn't increased.
The word I received was that TJD was asking $850k to return next year. Have you heard anything?
