Would not surprise me in the least he is the only recruit and he will be coming into a bad situation. Ware will be gone and I would not be shocked to see MM and Malik leaave also.
Way too early for all these predictions. Tons of season left. Right now, I think the play and overall mood is probably bad enough that we could see a ton of turnover this offseason. Probably mutual break up type situations...IF we continue to stink it up, and finish well below .500 in the B10.

But Woody has shown an ability to right the ship, to an extent, in his first two seasons. If he does that, at all, and we get any sort of solid play coming down the stretch...I doubt we'll see mass defections.

There's a pretty compelling "pitch" that Woody would have for guys like Ware, Malik, Mack to stick it out with him...and that's TJD's early successes at Golden State. Woody's program and development efforts for TJD are getting tons of credit publicly.

I had much more hope last year we would turn it around because he had an all american and a stud point guard. Not having a TJD this year does not give me a ton of hope we can get this turned around. I could be wrong but based on what I have seen so far seems not likely to me . The three game stretch after Minnesota is just brutal and could really derail things fast. We shall see.

He won't decommit. He only cares about getting to the NBA and Woody can actually help him in that department. That's one of the big problems with these 5 Star kids. They care more about their draft stock than anything else and you can't really blame them.

Not without really good shooting guards he won't be righting any ships. Sinking fast . At this stage NIT looks like it will end up IU's only opportunity.Wisky,Illini,MSU,Purdue, nebraska and Iowa all will beat us. Heck,Minny might also.

The problem is we already played the easy part of our schedule. Did you look at the next three games after minnesota all three could easily be losses.

Definitely could be. And if I had to bet or guess, right now, I'd say we'll lose more than we win coming home, and miss the NCAAs.

But it hasn't happened yet. No one thought we'd beat Purdue even once last year probably, let alone sweep them, after getting stomped by Kansas and Arizona, and laying an egg at Rutgers.

In Woody's first two seasons, his teams did show resolve, and an ability to figure things out and improve as the year wore on. Obviously there were fundamental flaws that were exposed...namely we couldn't guard teams with a bunch of good, fast perimeter players...so despite improvements, teams like Iowa, Penn State, and then Miami, still exposed those things. But we did win 12 B10 games. I'm not sure I would have guessed that after the Kansas, Arizona, and Rutgers games...and after losing X for the year.

Like Brian Evans said we have likely already seen the high water mark of the Woodson era. I think last year is a good as it is going to get under Woodson. I knew Archie was not the guy in year two. I know Woodson is not the guy in year three. But of course the admins will delay what they will eventually have do to for at least another 1. 5 years.

You don't know your ass from your face so I'm not really sure that is an assessment worth taking into consideration.

TJD ..What's he gonna say ?
I was already the as good as I could possibly be coming out of C.G.
Pure b.s. talk..
That's like Cody saying Crean really upped my game...

If you don't understand the evolution in TJD's game between the time he got to campus and by the time he left, then you can't be saved. TJD was a one trick pony without a right hand as an underclassmen.

We got better when JHS became the main ball handler
