Give the man 5 years and I guarantee you, he will have you guys competing again in the tournament. He will build you guys with the right players but it doesn’t happen over night. I’m a bungles fan we were stuck with Marvin Lewis and his 0-7 playoff record. We know it will take time for us to be competitive again
