Just read that IU will be playing Marquette in a double header event in Chicago next season. Add that to the Kentucky game, shapes up to be maybe a more formidable pre con.

Shaka is an innovator. Not sure why he didn't work out at Texas but he sure has recovered to form.
He would be good at IU quite possibly

Always felt after VCU, Shaka would be great at Georgetown. He new the area well and was very well liked there. I think his work at Texas might dampen his high profile opportunities. We should be filling the role with a tough presence on the sideline that's personality is exhibited by his players year in and year out. I can accept fluctuations in the wins column, fluctuations in effort, I can't. Houston, St John's, Iowa St, and Ole Miss are teams I wish we played like. I'm sure there are others but Houston for instance, you know what your in for every year, a street fight.
Just my preference. I think IU is a hard job that needs a hard ass.
