Make sure those mountains are blue boys.

I know it's technically illegal but do people actually get arrested and prosecuted in Indiana for weed now???
No generally having weeds is is just a city ordinance violation not a criminal act. I think they give you a week or so to cut them down and fine you or something. I see signs sometimes in people yards who have too many dandelions.

There's already a Crimson Kush .... and a Crimson Cream .. but .

Bloomington is where Bubblegum originated from, it's famous, so it should be the official.
"Redbud" has a certain ring to it..."Big Red Bud" maybe, with Jimi-rigged genetics of giant flower tops and sticky resins that glisten in the morning sun. Can you dig it?

Probably. Surely has a lot to do with where it happens and who is involved. In any case, if enforcement wants to arrest you they don't need a real/legitimate reason - plenty of cops, especially local ones, that are quite comfortable simply making shit up. A little harder now with cams and phones, but still...

I have never and never will buy a $8 beer in SSAH or Memorial Stadium. We tailgate before the game and go to our spot at halftime. I can go an entire half without a beer to avoid standing in line for the opportunity to overpay for a beer that isn't my choice.

Monroe county is pretty good about not prosecuting for cannabis. Not that I would know anything about that.
Back in college, the cops had a warrant for my friend’s next door neighbor. They knocked on his neighbor’s door and got no answer then knocked on my fiend’s door.

There were about ten people in the living room passing multiple blunts and the smell was obvious. My friend opens the door, cops ask if X neighbor is there, then say something like “just give us the weed you have and we will move on.”

No arrests made or anything. And I was freaking out because I wasn’t even smoking that night. Just playing some pre-game Tiger Woods Golf and taking shots of Burnetts Watermelon vodka. Good times.

My priest always is down for a beer. Told me that the disciples didn’t have marijuana. I said they wouldn't have had any wine if I was there.
I am assuming you are Catholic. I told my wife that the Catholic Priests can do just about anything. They can drink, smoke, and gamble. It's because they give up that ONE thing. I spoke at a luncheon in Illinois years ago and a lady told me that I did a very good job and should be a Catholic Priest. I told her that I wanted to be a Catholic Priest, but my wife wouldn't let me. She laughed and we parted ways.

A few years ago, I visited Prague on a work trip. They drink A LOT of Pilsner Urquell over there...like pour it over their cereal A LOT. I had a few myself...pretty good. The company I work for had a bunch of unfiltered beer specially delivered for our event. Pretty good...not a huge difference other than maybe tasting more "IPA" ish. I didn't have them right next to each other though. I'm told if you do that, its pretty dramatic the difference.
Just saw an online report that per capita, the Czechs drink more beer than any country. And it isn't really a close competition. I have seen them drink beer at breakfast times, but not on their cereal, lol.
