Make sure those mountains are blue boys.

Surely there will still be a local craft beer option? Coors is as close to water as beer can be with the exception of Mich Ultra - YUCK!
I would assume they will have some good $20 a beer options as well. This will just be for the common folks that want domestic (only thing they are sponsoring) at 8 bucks a can.

Maybe so, relatively speaking, but at least it's that Rocky Mountain Spring water! I like the Coors brand. I'm not ashamed to admit I like White Castles either. It was liquid gold back in college. It was probably the summer of '71 I brought back a whole Mustang load from Texas Popularity can be bought, you know, and I was willing to pay the price for the price others were willing to pay. It didn't last long...the beer, the extra cash, or the popularity.

I get the craft beer thing. Living near Nashville, IN I drink local Big Woods brands, Hoosier Red or Six-Foot Blonde, rarely Busted Knuckle, my wife's favorite. Other places, I often go to Coors-Light, if not Coors Banquet when memories well up at the sight of the can. Then again, sometimes I just want a beer like the beer tasted in high school, a more traditional beer like PBR. What I would give for Schlitz today...or even a Wieidemann's with its "three fingered salute". Beer has never tasted as good as it did in high school on a hot summer day at the gravel pits, the Age of Innocence led astray. I feel a sincere and monumental thirst coming on. Now, if you'll please excuse me, I have some "business" to attend to in the refrigerator (Insert sound of
"tush-sh-sh!").

Molson Coors owns some Craft Beer companies/brands too. I'm sure they'll be offered as well. I would like to think that Upland would get a chance too...and maybe that's why they focused on the Domestic Beer side in their announcement? But if this is a big agreement with Molson Coors overall, and not just the Coors Light brand, there are a number of good Craft Beer options in their umbrella.

huh?

They may have a few that they try to pass off as craft like Terrapin, but I don't think they actually have craft options.

Not trying to be a beer snob and I too was part of the Coors craze in the early 70s - maybe I even bought some of your illegal cargo? I have no problem with regular Coors, hell, I like PBR and Strohs myself. I just lean way more towards IPAs when I drink beer these days.
I'm in Columbus and am partial to Zwanzigz American Pale Ale and Hog Molly IPA and Rookie of the Year session IPA. But, my ALL-TIME favorite beer is BBCs Quarrymen Pale Ale. That all began 25+ years ago when I was at Nick's and asked long-time waitress Natalie what local beers were on tap. She was hesitant but mentioned Quarrymen so I ordered one. She added that it is a different beer and that folks either really like it or hate it. Needless to say I was among the former group! Still put it and Ruby Bloom in my kegerator from time to time but the C-bus locals are cheaper (no distributor involved) and more convenient.

Atwater...
There's a Canadian craft brand I think in there...

I think for an IU football game, even Blue Moon would be a good upgraded beer option, over Coors Light.

I'm definitely not an expert though. I would probably opt for the Coors Light, mainly because of the novelty of having an IU Logo on the can.

Terrapin makes some good stuff, doubt we'll see it as it's more of a southern brand. Their Liquid Bliss(discontinued) was fantastic. I'd be surprised if we see any Upland as these conglomerates like to force exclusivity on their contracts. Pilsner Urquell would be nice.

I got some a few years ago in a beer trade with a buddy who is in the ATL area. Had to go back and look at what he sent. Rye Squared and Wake & Bake Stout were both great beers that were part of the swap. I remember making a float out of the stout with some vanilla ice cream from Handels.

A few years ago, I visited Prague on a work trip. They drink A LOT of Pilsner Urquell over there...like pour it over their cereal A LOT. I had a few myself...pretty good. The company I work for had a bunch of unfiltered beer specially delivered for our event. Pretty good...not a huge difference other than maybe tasting more "IPA" ish. I didn't have them right next to each other though. I'm told if you do that, its pretty dramatic the difference.

Blue Moon is definitely an upgrade over Coors/Miller/Bud

Lots of terrapin in Evansville. It’s not that southern. I think they will have some of the molding/coors family brews on the deck. If I’m not mistaken..didn’t Miller get bought by Molsen/coors?

RBB indicates that Upland products will still be available as they are now. Would also like to see some BBC and Big Woods products in there or at least at VC events. Love me some Six Foot Blonde and Ruby Bloom

but what's the official weed at IU sporting events???
Too soon but points for thinking ahead (no pun intended). A bit melancholic to realize that one day weed will no longer stand as a hallmark of non-conformity. Suppose it's only a matter of time before brand recognition/marketing for cannabis becomes a thing.

Over f'n cereal, that might have made my day, really? Makes me feel better about my habits, which are not good

Ok….let’s Frankenstein that Bich.
There's reputedly only 3 cuts all held by Euros. They crossed it with indicas and basically ruined it though.

Silverback died, and the original was lost with him. Though, since were still under prohibition, there may be one hidden in someone's closet.

As each state opens up, old famous genetics come out of hiding but Indiana is now the Alabama of Kentuckys .. that ain' happenin' anytime soon.

I’d say it’s hidden.

I know it's technically illegal but do people actually get arrested and prosecuted in Indiana for weed now???
