And the schedule gets tougher. Louisiana Tech is 3 - 1. Their only loss is against Creighton. Creighton only lost to Michigan. Pomeroy rating for Louisiana Tech is 91 and for Indiana is 29. Not that Pomeroy means a lot early in the season.
In that loss to Creighton, Louisiana Tech Bulldogs were within one score in the last few minutes. Creighton is very good from outside and made buckets to win. LA Tech shot 44 percent from the field (30-68) and 29 percent from beyond the arc (8-28).
Creighton shot 47 percent from the field (27-58) and 45 percent from beyond the arc (13-29).
LA Tech will likely be playing a forward and four guards. Not sure how they will compete against IU...but they did relatively well against Creighton.
