The preasure is all on the Buckeyes, hear me out. They already have one loss and can't afford another. They are currently scrambling to retool their O-line, they know their pass secondary is not their strength. The longer we stay in the game the higher the water rises for them.

We, on the other hand are truely playing with house money. I would love to Beat the Buckeye, hell I'd love to be B1G Champs too, but our goals are much broader than OSU. We are all ready going to be in a bowl game at worst, maybe even the CFP. , and a great opportunity to beat OSU in the Shoe. I was there in 87, I know how that feels. It would be wonderful. We are only going to be Cinderella once. I hope the shoe fits but if not we are still going to have a special season that we'll all remember.

I think as long as the game is close and competitive, both teams are kinda playing with house money. I would agree, OSU probably does have more to "lose" with a loss. But I would say IU has more to gain with a win.

In the end, if the game is close, I think BOTH teams will get in to the CFP. OSU's only two losses would end being to the number 1 and 2 ranked teams...I think they'd get in over other 2 loss teams, even the SEC teams.

IU, with a closely contested loss, would validate they belong. And that should...should...validate all their blowout wins against all the other teams on the schedule except the closer Michigan win.

One of the things that gives me a slight semblance of comfort heading in to Saturday, is I think Cignetti is A LOT better suited to coach a team, and not let emotions get in the way of execution and performance, in what will be one of the bigger games of the year. Day is a spaz. And his teams performance in most of his biggest games follows suit. Overall, he hasn't been good in games like this one.

Question on the parking situation:
Coming in from the north side down 315, any recommended lots north of the stadium?
Somebody recommended a lot at CAS chemical plant for an easy 15 min walk along the Olentangy River?

I would personally take 315 to Ackerman. You won’t be on Ackerman very long. To your left will be gameday parking. It’s a walk but it’s very easy to leave. You’ll walk past all of OSU’s sports facilities. When you get to the Schott, that will be Lane Ave. Bars and restaurants will be there. Gameday is usually set up outside French Fieldhouse. So when you’re on Lane, you’ll see the Riverwatch Ozone 97.1 the fan tailgate (beer trucks, bands etc) head directly south and you’ll run into French Fieldhouse and St, John arena. Big Noon will be set up on the south side of Ohio Stadium. (The open end).

If you have time to walk around St John Arena, do it! You can feel the history. Such a cool building.

I've a grad of Northwestern and have been to a bunch of NU-OSU sporting events over the years dating back to the late 60s and early 70s - my son is an OSU grad, daughter is Indiana and another son MSU - and I'm always in awe especially with Ohio Stadium and old St. John Arena. A ton of history in those 2 places and dozens and dozens of legendary players and coaches
