Yea and that team barely had any talent -- no offense to them they did their best.
That entire season deserves an asterisk.

I feel guilty for making my kids IU basketball fans. All they've seen is bad.
It moved my "needle". Completely outclassed at both ends of the court.
We do NOT lack for talent. This is worse than losing to IUFW
Its been that way for kids born since 1995 and up unfortunatelt
as in comprehending rhe game Davis year three and four and up til now.
I was willing to see how the season played out, but, if today wasn't firable, coming back 0-3 w 3 blow outs should be.

We are looking at a full rebuild next year. With the right hire and our NIL, we can get back to top 20 level quickly. Not talking RMK level. That ship has sailed.
Have faith, last year the NIL worked out well for the boosters. And, no, I’m not being sarcastic.
I wanted Dusty May...but for the Woodson supporters (Buckner and NIL I hear)...we've got a season to figure out who the right guy is for next year

I watched those low talent Crean teams. Because at least they played hard and mostly smart. They just didn’t have much talent. This team is loaded with talent, but is just terrible.

In the post game Woodson actually said get them over the hump. He has to be trolling us at this point.

I’m saying that boosters have many different reasons to pay a player. Winning may not factor into it at all.
Looks like a Calipari constructed roster. Expensive, talented but raw, and a backcourt/wing group that isn’t built to be successful in modern college bball but must be to be a legit top 25 team.
I don’t follow the board like I used to but are there actually Woodson fans? Or just burner accounts in the program??

I've told everyone for years Woody is the worst college basketball coach I've ever seen. Makes Archie looks like 1975-93 Bob Knight. Trayce saved his ass for 2 years. No more. Hopefully the rest of you will now wake up.
The first year of Crean is actually one of my fondest teams. I’m not sure I’ve ever cheered for a team each game more than that team. They played their asses off. They had very little business beating anyone but they gave some good teams a run for their money.
Either that or they’re all family members. His daughter gets pretty riled up on twitter. Wouldn’t surprise me if she’s willdog or one of those other knobs.
I have claimed that as well. Way too much fighting on behalf of mediocrity for a "True Fan".
