Leave Woodson in Oregon

I’m ready to see Indianas name again on selection Sunday. That shot doesn’t fall, and Woody somehow figures out how to close it out…and we’d have probably been a lock.

Now I think we might need to win our next two, to be “safe”.
It's the Mike Woodson way

Come on down to Jonestown where IU is always Elite 8 bound!

You see good coaches take things away Dana Altman took the screen a roll away Galloway and Rice were man handled tonight by the Oregon defense. I'm tired of Mgbako kid has no heart still not understanding why Tucker is not playing only a few more weeks till this season is over boys..

I thought final four bound after the big wins vs washington and penn state
Just wait until Woody folds like a cheap tent and OSU takes senior night away from the boys like Wisconsin did Archies one solid season. The mental toughness will the difference in that final game vs OSU.

Sounds like Woody didn't take the loss very well.

Maybe we'll get another chance to beat Oregon in the B1G's 8/9 game.

I don't have peacock but noticed on my phone he gave up like a 10-0 after taking the lead.
It wasn’t on Peacock…FS1.

We had just taken a lead with 2:01 to go when an Oregon dude launched a 35’ shot that swished. It was at that moment the crowd went absolutely bonkers and the gas went out of the bag for IU.
“Pf-f-f-ft-t!” Game over, restless night.

Gotta be fair on this one. He didn’t start blowing it until about 1:30 or so to go. After they hit that trash 3…we fell apart.
Really, because it felt like Reneau and Ballo's scoring came to a screeching halt when Woody went back to playing them together. And then playing Mgbako extended minutes again... I guess he was just waiting on that one minute heat check where he brought his shooting percentage up from 15% to 25%. SMH

he's a clown, he wasn't watching anything while his messiah was spewing shit at the same time.

I feel like we did get screwed on the officiating.

Not on our defensive end. Oregon was just tougher and wanted it more. It seemed like every time they got a contested offensive rebound they ended up scoring.

Where we got pimped was on the offensive end. Oregon was hacking the shit out of Ballo and MR when they were rebounding, shooting, and handling around the basket. However, I'm sure Woodson knows that bad teams and bad coaches half-way out the door will not get the calls on the road. The refs have no respect for Woodson, obviously, as we don't get many home calls either.

That bomb three...Was a game killing shot...
Yeah I’m not excusing Woodson or anyone else, but that horseshit 3 from damn near half court did it. It didn’t help that there who two obvious charging calls that were called blocking fouls down the stretch. One clearly lowered his shoulder into Leal and I think it was Rice that got a fully extended off arm from the offensive player.

Bad officiating is bad officiating, no matter what you think of the coach.

Both were bad, but the call on Rice was one of the worst calls of the year.

Pathetic finish.

Going into this year, I thought Woodson's end-of-game management was on of his least objectionable coaching traits; that is, I think we were about 50-50 under him in nail biters. He's been a disaster this year in those games.

Officiating sucked. Reneau was horrible in second half. I don't think many peeps expected a win out there, I know I didn't BUT as the game went on, it appeared to be one we could pull out. A win last night would've taken a lot of pressure off of the next game. Oregon was a bad matchup for us last night. Goode was being singled out on D and for good reason. The guy is still wiping off his fingers from pulling that dagger out of his arse.

Man, Malik REALLY doesn't want to pass that ball out of the double-team, does he? I thought he was getting better at that until last night. They hacked the hell out of him with no call, but maybe the refs thought he didn't deserve to be bailed out.

Goode's playing his butt off on D, but in addition to lacking width and strength in those match-ups, it just seems that he's got bad instincts on D. You watch him and just think "why the hell did he do that"? Just a lot of reaching, bad angles and the like, as compared to Leal.

Too little to late on just about everything Woodson is doing.

And Goode needs to keep his mouth shut and play instead getting into it with fans on social media and now refs on the floor post game.
