Doing well against Oregon but a bit of foul trouble up 36-22 with 3 minutes to go in 1st half. Winner gets USC tomorrow which won regular season I believe

Maybe because she is one of the best shooters in the country? Why play the best 3-pt shooter in school history on the block, that takes away one of her biggest assests
What's wrong with scoring a lot of 2 pointers and maybe going to the line?

If the ladies were on the bubble, getting this one win in the BTT pretty much took them off the bubble. Winning against the USC team is not going to be easy.

Garzon has had a history of getting into early foul trouble, and we need for her to avoid that against USC.

Was at the game. The refs for a long time looked like the mens’s game the other night. At one point free throws were 15-4. Wiseman gave some good minutes off the bench.

I feel like doing a second post on Wiseman. She played 10 minutes (might have doubled her season total, I’ll have to check). We were losing our lead, had foul trouble with Strip and Lilly, and at 6’1” Jules was not a good match up with their 6’8” center.
Faith grabbed a crucial offensive rebound and gave us a second possession. I thought that play was huge. We were able to grab momentum back with some scores and were up 20 with maybe 2 minutes left.
I don’t know what coaches or players thought but I thought she was great when we needed great.

Yes, and I bet that was going thru their minds during that lead dwindling fourth quarter.
And an add on to that is we could have beaten USC but suffered that same end of game collapse.
I still think the adjustment to the time change was a factor when we played them out there. They were sluggish and a step off. They were better at Washington. Hoping for andupset tomorrow!

Teams who can make 3s under pressure at the end of the game often win. Each one is like a dagger into the heart of the opponent.

Agree. Was really surprised she didn’t play today.

And all class. Her post game interview was refreshing.
She and Yarden got pretty chippy for awhile there. It was actually very fun to watch. Yarden had hit a couple threes and then went inside and Juju blocked her and then stared her down. Quite a few words back and forth. We were pretty close to them.

Juju actually acknowledged that Yarden "got her a few times" in her post game.

Yeah, but she sure seems a lot more natural in her interviews than those State Farm commercials. Girl can ball, but not much of an actress 🤣
They're not paying her for her acting just her image. And she has to maintain that.
