Kyle Bunn promoted to associate head coach

Kyle Bunn, who spent the last two seasons as Indiana baseball's pitching coach, was promoted to Associate Head Coach, it was announced by head coach Chris Lemonis on Monday.

Interesting news. I know he wasn't too popular with the staff in year #1, but that may just be natural conflict due to unwanted/expected change. I think the results have been pretty solid though.

I think the results have been solid too, but remember he inherited a very good and well established staff he didn't recruit. This year a majority of the staff are "his" guys. This release spells out this change in title quite well about his future ambitions in coaching.
