While I think LeBron is currently the best player in the NBA (and I believe he has been for several years), his attitude leaves a lot to be desired. And he’s already made enough money that the next 57 generations of his family should be well taken care of, so why not take a little less money and win some titles? The dude could give Bill Russell’s championship record a run if he wanted.

Best player now? Probably. No one ever thinks they have enough money but that’s OK, I think that way also.
I would say free agency keeps team from getting too good for several years to ever have a run like Russell but players do seem to be signing up with other big name players for the sake of championships. I guess it worked for him in Miami but I’m surprised all-stars haven’t been running to LA to play with Lebron and the night life.

I didn’t see the rebound but will look for it.

He picked Durant first for his all star team and sure he will do everything he can to get KD in LA since he will be a free agent. His problem now is that many top tier players do not want to play with him because he gets all the press all the time. He casts too long a shadow and many top tier NBA players now have sizable egos.
