Playing in ATL was a terrific idea... getting our asses kicked? Not so much!
I just answered my own question: I was going to ask who you had called Fig. If that's not his thing, I have one suggestion: Don't, that's just bad.
It sounds like he is healthy and good to work out with the team this summer. I'm sure they have a program to build up his strength and confidence back after the injury.
If he can stay healthy, we could have three guards familiar with each other together for several years. Stability in the back court will be huge in roster management next year and perhaps longer.

I was aobviously calling him Fig Newton, a favorite snack of mine. I thought I was clever lol.
I eat figs almost every day for breakfast. Go-to brand is now "Natures Bakery". They come in 2 packs. They're delicious.
I'm gonna need him to recreate the left handed dunk on Illinois...that the last IU Newton executed. A candidate for top 5 "most hyped" moments I've had watching IU bball.
