Is it better to scalp tickets or buy in advance?
Should I try and deal with mobile park passes or just Uber?

If you want to guarantee a good seat you can buy them now on Stubhub for $65 - $100 but those might go down with time. Definitely buy your parking passes there.
You can scalp on site and likely save some cash but who knows what the selection will be.

Can also ask @Cavanagh he usually has some good seats.
