Warm weather schools sure have an advantage!


However, the Hoosiers look pretty solid this year with that pitiching. Does anyone know the story on Effross? I notice he hasn't pitched lately.

D1baseball.com has them at # 21, while the USA Today coaches poll..

did not have them ranked in the top 25, but they did get 36 votes, which is an improvement from zero votes last week. Link for the D1baseball poll.

This baseball program just continue's to win.

Bring in some freshman and some unexpected pitching and IU is back to their winning ways. I am so proud of this program for establishing themselves over the last 3/4 years. Lets see if it continues.

I'm not sure, but I seem to recall that there was some tenderness..

in an arm or shoulder, and he was being held out of the weekend games. But don't hold me to that since, like I said, I'm not sure of that. Maybe there is someone out there that has more info than me.

Effross and WCC

It's baffling how they were such strong contributors in the run two years ago, but don't factor in much now. Injuries seem to have a tendency to sidetrack promising careers, I guess.
