Who ya got? I haven’t watched Iowa this year but I assume they’re the same team as usual. They got stomped by Wisconsin and beat Nebraska by 10 in OT. I think we lose by 10-15 or win by 5-10.

What did it take? Less than 10 seconds back in the game & MM turns it over & gives up a basket. I'd say I don't like his man to man defense or his team defense but there's really no defense there at all.

Taking rice out and inserting Carlyle was a horrible mistake. Carlyle is terrible. Rice on fire. He should play entire game tonight. Carlyle is not good. Not sure what he did prior to Iu but whatever it was did not travel to Bloomington.

MM and Galloway gave IU absolutely nothing that half. Came back in late and blew those last 5 minutes after good comeback to get up 28-25 with Leal, Tucker, Rice, settling things down. Someone tell Carlyle he doesn’t have to keep shooting just cuz he hit 2 shots for the first time in weeks. Agreed Rice needs to stay on the floor as much as possible. Gotta get Ballo more inside looks.

MM does not come across as a team player. Doesn’t seem to care if we win or lose. Going back to USC (0-8), he is 1 for his last 12 attempts. Trey is playing reckless and not giving us much. Outside of Rice, really did not get much production from anyone else.

Our effort to stay with Iowa players is abysmal. We know Mike is a seriously sleepy dude but it’s rubbed off on MM, Gallo, Ballo. Leading by example!

After the foul on Mbacko sending the dude shooting a 3 who has been at Iowa since 1989, I turned the game off. This is going to be a blowout and our team looks like they gave up trying to win. Mbacko defensively is a 1* and his effort is a 1*. Not sure how he got designated as a 5* because defensively and effort wise he is a terrible player. Team is just off and out of sync. Ballo looks clumsy and slow. Only way we have a chance is by hitting threes, stop turning it over and crank up defense. No way all three happen. Good night everyone.

Why does this surprise anyone? Iowa’s program is better than IU’s program, pure and simple. IU is 4-6 in the last 10 meetings going into tonight. The kids come and go. The same clown show on the sidelines. Same results.

Crean at least had some consistent shooters. Mike's teams normally can't shoot, and a 2-3 really exposes this. 50 points by the game's end: yikes.
