Class of 2017 defensive back Ahman Ross has Indiana in his top-four remaining schools, he confirmed with me today.
The three-star safety/cornerback also lists Kentucky, Louisville and West Virginia along with IU in his final four.
Ross visited Indiana a few weeks ago and spoke with me about it afterword. The Jacksonville, Florida, native who was once committed to the Miami Hurricanes said he was able to tour the campus with safeties coach Noah Joseph on his visit. He really seemed to appreciate that the IU staff told him he was their No. 1 priority at defensive back.
As a junior, Ross racked up 73 tackles, including 15 for loss, and two interceptions.
Ross has no timetable on his decision and wants to focus on his high school season ahead of him. It's a pretty lengthy trip up from Florida to Bloomington, but it sounds like he'll want to make it up again before making a choice.
