Fine, I’ll be Debbie Downer. They played ND a lot tougher than most experts thought, and I could see a lookahead to MSU looming.
And we’re 0-2 against the number. Someone on GameDay will pick the “Fighting Lettermans” for the upset. I’ll go that way too.

We'll see who's right, but I don't anticipate a super high-scoring game. I think DeBord's plan is to grind it out, move the chains, control the clock, and play things in a fairly vanilla/conservative fashion, saving the full playbook for MSU next week. As long as we get the W, I'll be happy. Talk to you on the other side...

I saw about two minutes of the game. So that definitely helped.

Pretty much everyone was in the ballpark on the offensive performance and everyone was pleasantly surprised by the defensive effort.
