IU #1 worst BCS College Football program per article

Unless there's a miracle over the remaining games,
and regardless of whether he is or isn't retained, Rutgers
game result did damage to recruiting

I'm an old RU fan and was impressed with you're team ...even the defense except for the late 3rd and 4th qtr prevent they were better than i expected...DT Latham in particular...you need a few CB's/DB's and time to grow. I'm not sure about who you have that's gonna replace Sudfeld but that passing game put our talented but extremely raw frosh CB's/DB's on their heels...it was frustrating for me....but even if for some inexpicable reason you go 5-7 and miss a bowl this year which i doubt it appears to this neutral observer that Wilson for now is a keeper...the D needs a little more speed and LBer could use shoring up but give it another year or so and see how you trend but i'd guess you're bowling this yr....remember a new HC always sets you back a few yrs to start out before if you're lucky he reaps dividends...not many Harbaugh's out there. Good luck moving forward.

If you think in terms of relegation (like what soccer leagues do), then that list is the menu for our next 3-5 years of non-conference games . . ., well other than the other BiG programs on the list . . . .

The way to move the program up is to knock off the rest of the programs in our "class". Wake - check, so we need to beat them again next year. After that, maybe Kansas? And maybe Washington State? That gives the program exposure in Big 12 and Pac 12 territory . . . this could work to our advantage as the program develops . . . .
