Is it legal to run for president after inciting an insurrection? To remain in the US on a student or any other Visa if you are a member of a terrorist organization or openly support a terrorist organization and break laws in the US?

Yes to both. Rights don't just disappear. The government has to follow a process to take them from you.Is it legal to run for president after inciting an insurrection?
Enh, I think on the first option though that a student visa could be revoked for about any reason the US would wish. A foreign student has no "right" to an education in the US nor do they have a "right" to remain here should we change our mind. I think if the government said they participated in a riot and were found chanting messages against the US that the boot would be pretty easy to apply to a foreign national.Yes to both. That wasn't the question. The question is whether or not it is legal for the student to remain. And until the government goes through the appropriate process of revoking the visa, the answer is yes.Enh, I think on the first option though that a student visa could be revoked for about any reason the US would wish. If it’s not “legal,” maybe someone could still drag them from the (a) river to the (a) sea . . . .To remain in the US on a student or any other Visa if you are a member of a terrorist organization or openly support a terrorist organization and break laws in the US?
what a jokeIs it legal to run for president after inciting an insurrection?
Where has Trump or any of the 1-6 protestors been charged or convicted of insurrection? Is it legal to run for president after inciting an insurrection?

I think we are in for a wild ride after November. This Visa thread is similar to a caller on C Span this morning who contended there are 11 million illegal immigrants in the country who are here illegally on behalf of China, Iran, and North Korea.
Bottom line: Trump and conservatives are strong when it comes to law and order regarding immigration and visas. Biden and progressives are weak
Whether you believe or reject the bottom line depends on whether you consider yourself to be a conservative or progressive.
What insurrection? Do you mean the ones in Minneapolis, Chicago and LA?Is it legal to run for president after inciting an insurrection?
It doesn't matter.... they think if they keep saying it enough it will be true.Where has Trump or any of the 1-6 protestors been charged or convicted of insurrection?
It doesn't matter.... they think if they keep saying it enough it will be true.
“Events of that day” nails it.If not an insurrection, what would you call the events of that day?
Would you go along with "attempted (bloodless) coup"?
It was merely a demonstration. No one tried to overthrow the executive branch, the legislative branch or the Supreme Court. The military was not attacked, military leaders were not killed, and there were no attempts to take over any military institutions or bases. There was much more destruction and death in Minneapolis, Chicago and LA. Calling January 6th is just a figment propagated by those drunk on biden's kool-aid.“Events of that day” nails it.
If it was an insurrection then let them bring those charges.... why haven't they if it's so clear that it was an insurrection. If not an insurrection, what would you call the events of that day?
Would you go along with "attempted (bloodless) coup"?
People forget that pesky word,"peacefully" when Trump told them to protest at the Capital.what a joke
It was a protest. Those who trespassed and destroyed property should have been arrested and for the most part freed just like “summer of love” protesters. Pretty damn simple. If not an insurrection, what would you call the events of that day?
Would you go along with "attempted (bloodless) coup"?
Yes, evidently. To remain in the US on a student or any other Visa if you are a member of a terrorist organization or openly support a terrorist organization and break laws in the US?
Do you know of anyone who's guilty of that?Is it legal to run for president after inciting an insurrection?
Willdog's posts weren't getting enough replies - he had to changed IDs.what a joke
Your 3rd grade replies just prove how stupid you truly are.Same as OP
No, more like 'mostly peaceful' demonstrations. If not an insurrection, what would you call the events of that day?
Would you go along with "attempted (bloodless) coup"
You living in a box or just have your head in the sand? What insurrection? Do you mean the ones in Minneapolis, Chicago and LA?
You should do the same. Can you link anyone charged and convicted of insurrection 1-6? If not, stfu about your imaginary insurrection. Kibish? You living in a box or just have your head in the sand?
Might want to look up definition of insurrection before tossing out yabbuts
I did and it sure didn't apply to what happened in DC on January 6th.You living in a box or just have your head in the sand?
Might want to look up definition of insurrection before tossing out yabbuts
@Willdog7 has reincarnated himself?Willdog's posts weren't getting enough replies - he had to changed IDs.
This is the propaganda from your feedYou living in a box or just have your head in the sand?
Might want to look up definition of insurrection before tossing out yabbuts
Then your head is in the sandI did and it sure didn't apply to what happened in DC on January 6th.
Who gives a shit if any of those "hostages" were charged with insurrection. Look up the definition. Just because prosecutors felt a conviction was easier with other charges doesn't change the factsYou should do the same. Can you link anyone charged and convicted of insurrection 1-6? If not, stfu about your imaginary insurrection. Kibish?
This is propaganda from your feedWho gives a shit if any of those "hostages" were charged with insurrection. Look up the definition. Just because prosecutors felt a conviction was easier with other charges doesn't change the facts
Just because it failed and probably had little chance of success once Pence grew some balls doesn't change anything
Yes, repetition of falsehoods (called narratives these days) is a key tool for propagandists. It doesn't matter.... they think if they keep saying it enough it will be true.
