Recruiting is the lifeblood of any program.

While some would disagree I've always maintained that we've had plenty of good, to really good, coaches go thru here. None of them have been able to suit up and execute whatever side of the ball they've taught. It all comes down to having Big Ten quality players, two deep at minimum, on both sides of the ball..., something we've rarely had...

We have to do whatever it takes, within the rules, to get good to great players to simply visit here.

I think once they've actually been here, met their future teammates, seen the facilities, seen the campus and the classrooms, and met with the coaches and the support staff our chances at having them decide to enroll goes up astronomically.

IU needs to give Allen the budget to do these things.
We already do a lot of that stuff. That’s what the Cuban Center does, and football has their own people involved with that too. If you look on Twitter, you can see all the personalized recruiting stuff that we send to recruits. I’m sure Georgia does have more people involved though, because they sell out a 95,000 seat stadium every week.

I don't know...

I'd say we might do 'some' of the things mentioned, but on the other hand I'd say there is a lot to learn here.
