So, we all know how important INL money is in bringing in recruits. I have some questions.
My last question is: Did Liam "stiff" IU when he left? I hope he did not and I think he did not.
- I am not sure WHEN the money changes hands,
- Is the money given in one lump sum? Or, is it given in installments?
- if the recruit decommittes before the season starts, does the team lose any INL money that had been paid?
