Will the Trump Garbage truck be in the inauguration parade? I'd pay $100 tickets just to see it on TV, as a replay, a week later.

I got about half way through this and kind of came to the conclusion, "Who cares?"

The fact we have politicos that are actively or have actively run the country in the not too distant past arguing online about this is kind of a reflection of why we are where we are. The majority of both of these parties need fired into the sun (metaphorically speaking of course).

Obama 2009 inauguration: 28 degrees with mid-teens windchill. Ceremony held outside.

Reagan 1985 inauguration: 7 degrees, windchill -20. Ceremony understandably moved indoors.

January 2025 inauguration: Forecast temp around 25. Ceremony moved indoors. Concern for the elderly man’s health or concern about the terrible optics of a small crowd?

Yeah, but 8 billion people are outside the event, don’t forget that.
